Paperbark HR was set up so that we could help with human resource development, planning, management and training.
We are able to assist with mainstream as well as specialist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment, development and mentoring. We are happy to work with human resource specialists or individual as well as with employees and people ready to move into the workforce for the first time or returning to the workforce.
We provide mentoring to new employees, through to senior personnel and for board members of not-for-profit and other businesses.
We conduct training courses that are targeted at general issues as well as specialist ATSI employment. We are also happy to conduct our sessions as part of your overall conference or workplace training, and can tailor the training to your participants and industry.
We have been participating in NT October Business Month activities since 2012, where we have delivered sessions relating to public speaking, financial and human resource management, tourism, textile manufacturing and promotion and general cross-cultural activities as well as networking and think tank events.
